Dakin 'Cobb' Salad
  1. 1/2 lb ham, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  2. 2 tomatoes, diced
  3. 1/2 lb smoked poultry, boneless chicken or turkey cut into 1/4 inch strips
  4. 4 eggs, hardboiled, sliced
  5. 3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  6. 1/2 lb cheddar, crumbled
  7. 1/4 lb bacon, cooked & diced
  8. 1 large head green leaf lettuce
  9. 2 avocados, sliced
