Karen's Sour Cream Apple Pie
  1. Pie: 4 Cups apples, peeled & sliced
  2. Pie: 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. Pie: 4 tbsp Flour
  4. Topping: 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  5. Pie: 1 tsp cinnamon
  6. Topping: 1/3 cup sugar
  7. Pie: 1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
  8. Topping: 1 tsp cinnamon
  9. Pie: 1/2 pt. sour cream
  10. Topping: 1/3 cup flour
  11. Pie: 3/4 cup sugar
Combine apples, sour cream, flour, sugar, cinnamon & brown sugar in bowl; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
