| Maple Bread Pudding |

1 cup maple syrup or 1 cup maple sugar

1 1/2 cup milk

3 tbsp butter

8 sliced bread, cubed

3 beaten eggs

| Heat milk to scalding. add bread. Cool slightly. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Pour into greased casserole dish. Set dish in pan of hot water and put into a 350F oven and bake 40-50 minutes until set. |
